AmaJova uses an escrow payment system to ensure secure transactions between buyers and service providers. This system holds funds until the order is successfully completed, protecting both parties.

How Escrow Payments Work

Step 1: Buyer Makes a Payment

  • When a buyer places an order, the payment is held in escrow.

Step 2: Service Provider Delivers Work

  • The service provider completes and submits the order for buyer review.

Step 3: Buyer Approves or Requests Revisions

  • The buyer can approve the order or ask for modifications before accepting it.

Step 4: Funds Are Released

  • Once the buyer approves the work, the payment is released to the service provider.

Refund Policies

Order Cancellation:
  • Buyers can request a refund if the service provider fails to deliver on time or does not meet the agreed requirements.

Disputes & Resolution:

  • If there is a disagreement, AmaJova’s support team will review the case and determine a fair resolution.

Automatic Refunds:

  • If an order is canceled, the funds are returned to the buyer’s AmaJova balance or original payment method, depending on the circumstances.
The escrow system ensures secure transactions on AmaJova. If you experience payment issues, reach out to AmaJova Support for assistance.
