1. Clear & Honest Communication
Provide detailed and accurate information about your project needs.
Communicate your expectations, deadlines, and specific requirements upfront.
Respond to freelancer inquiries and messages in a timely manner. 2. Fair Treatment of Freelancers
Treat freelancers with respect and professionalism.
Avoid unrealistic demands, last-minute changes, or excessive revisions that go beyond the agreed scope.
Refrain from pressuring freelancers for free work or unfair discounts. 3. Making Secure Payments
All payments should be made through AmaJova’s escrow system to ensure security for both parties.
Do not attempt to make payments outside the platform, as this violates AmaJova’s policies.
Release payments fairly once work is completed and meets agreed-upon requirements. 4. Providing Constructive Feedback
Leave honest and constructive reviews based on the service provided.
Avoid unfairly low ratings or false claims that could harm a freelancer’s reputation.
If unsatisfied with the service, attempt to resolve issues with the freelancer before escalating a dispute. 5. Respecting AmaJova’s Policies
Adhere to AmaJova’s Terms of Service and dispute resolution process.
Do not engage in fraudulent activities, including chargebacks, fake reviews, or misleading claims.
Respect freelancer intellectual property rights and do not resell work without prior agreement. 6. Handling Disputes Professionally
If there is a disagreement with a freelancer, try to resolve it through discussion.
If necessary, use AmaJova’s dispute resolution process for fair mediation. Consequences of Policy Violations
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in account warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans. Repeated violations may lead to legal consequences or removal from AmaJova.
By using AmaJova, buyers agree to these responsibilities to maintain a safe and professional marketplace.
