At AmaJova, we strive to create a professional, respectful, and trustworthy marketplace for freelancers/service providers and buyers. As a service provider/ freelancer, you are expected to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a positive experience for all users.
1. Professionalism & Integrity
Provide honest and accurate information about your skills, experience, and services.
Deliver work as promised and communicate professionally with clients.
Avoid misleading descriptions, false advertising, or misrepresentation of services. Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work that aligns with the agreed-upon service.
Do not submit incomplete, low-quality, or plagiarized work.
Be open to reasonable revisions based on the client’s initial requirements. 3. Respect & Communication
Maintain polite, clear, and timely communication with clients.
Do not use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language.
Respond to inquiries and messages in a professional manner. 4. Compliance with AmaJova Policies
Abide by AmaJova’s Terms of Service and platform guidelines.
Do not engage in fraudulent activities, such as fake reviews, impersonation, or spamming.
Never request or accept payments outside of AmaJova to avoid violating platform security policies. 5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Respect client confidentiality and do not share sensitive information without consent.
Avoid storing or misusing client data beyond the scope of the project. 6. Ethical Conduct & Fairness
Treat all buyers fairly and avoid conflicts of interest.
Do not pressure, threaten, or coerce clients into leaving positive reviews.
Accept constructive feedback and use it to improve your services. 7. Consequences of Violating the Code of Conduct
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from AmaJova. Repeated violations may lead to legal consequences or account termination.
By using AmaJova as a freelancer/service provider, you agree to uphold these standards and contribute to a professional and trustworthy marketplace.
