How to Report Suspicious Activity on AmaJova

At AmaJova, we prioritize the safety of our users and strive to maintain a secure platform. If you encounter any suspicious activity, such as scams, fraudulent services, or policy violations, follow these steps to report it.

Report any of the following:

• Fake profiles or impersonation
• Fraudulent transactions or scams
• Requests for payment outside AmaJova
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior
• Violations of AmaJova’s terms and policies

Step 1: Go to the User’s Profile or Service Page

• If the issue is related to a freelancer or buyer, navigate to their profile or the specific service page.

Step 2: Click on the "Report" Button

• Locate the Report option on the profile, service listing, or message thread.

Step 3: Select a Reason for Reporting

• Choose the most relevant reason from the list.
• Describe the issue and attach screenshots if necessary to support your claim.
• Click Submit to send your report for review. Our team will investigate and take appropriate action.
