When to Report Suspicious Activity
Report any of the following:
- Fake profiles or impersonation
- Fraudulent transactions or scams
- Requests for payment outside AmaJova
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior
- Violations of AmaJova’s terms and policies
How to Report Suspicious Activity
Step 1: Go to the User’s Profile or Service Page
- If the issue is related to a freelancer or buyer, navigate to their profile or the specific service page.

Step 2: Click on the "Report" Button
- Locate the Report option on the profile, service listing, or message thread.


Step 3: Select a Reason for Reporting
- Choose the most relevant reason from the list.
- Describe the issue and attach screenshots if necessary to support your claim.
- Click Submit to send your report for review. Our team will investigate and take appropriate action.
What Happens Next?
- Our support team will review the report and may contact you for further details.
- If a violation is confirmed, action will be taken against the reported account.
