At AmaJova, we prioritize the security of our users. To help you stay safe, follow these best practices to protect yourself from scams and fraudulent activities.

Step 1: Verify Sellers & Buyers
  • Check seller/buyer profiles, ratings, and reviews before engaging in a transaction.

  • Avoid working with users who have no history or suspiciously vague profil

Step 2: Keep All Transactions on AmaJova
  • Never agree to send or receive payments outside of the platform.

  • AmaJova’s escrow system ensures secure payments; off-platform transactions are not protected.

Step 3:  Be Cautious of Unrealistic Offers
  • Avoid offers that sound too good to be true, such as extremely low prices or guarantees of unrealistic results.

  • Scammers often use high-pressure tactics to rush decisions.

Step 4: Never Share Personal or Financial Information
  • Do not share sensitive details like your bank account, password, or verification codes.

  • AmaJova will never ask for your login credentials or financial details via email or messages.

Step 5: Use Secure Communication
  • Keep all communications within AmaJova’s messaging system.

  • Avoid clicking on suspicious links or downloading attachments from unknown sources.

Step 6:  Report Suspicious Activity
  • If you suspect fraudulent behavior, report the user through AmaJova’s Report User feature or contact AmaJova Support.

  • Providing evidence such as screenshots can help in investigating the issue.

By staying alert and following these precautions, you can safely engage with freelancers and buyers on AmaJova. If you ever have concerns, reach out to our support team for assistance.
