  • Click on your profile and select My Orders from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Find the Order in Question

  • Locate the service order for which you want a refund.

Step 4: Click on "Open Dispute"

  • If eligible, you will see a Open Dispute button on the order page.

Step 4: Provide a Reason for the Refund

  • Select the most appropriate reason from the options available.

  • Attach any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots or messages).

  • Click Submit to send your refund request for review.

  • AmaJova’s support team will review your request and may contact you for additional details.

  • The service provider will be given an opportunity to respond to the refund request.
