How to Request a Refund on AmaJova

At AmaJova, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for both buyers and service providers. However, if you are unsatisfied with a service, you may be eligible for a refund under specific conditions.
You may request a refund if:
The service provider did not deliver the agreed work within the specified timeline.
The delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon requirements.
The service provider is unresponsive or unwilling to resolve issues.
There is a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably.
Step 1: Log into Your AmaJova Account
- Go to AmaJova and sign in.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Orders
- Click on your profile and select My Orders from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Find the Order in Question
- Locate the service order for which you want a refund.

Step 4: Click on "Open Dispute"
- If eligible, you will see a Open Dispute button on the order page.

Step 4: Provide a Reason for the Refund
Select the most appropriate reason from the options available.
Attach any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots or messages).
Click Submit to send your refund request for review.
AmaJova’s support team will review your request and may contact you for additional details.
The service provider will be given an opportunity to respond to the refund request.
If the request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method or as platform credit.
