At AmaJova, we strive to ensure a smooth and secure experience for both buyers and service providers. However, disputes may arise, and our dispute resolution process is designed to provide a fair outcome for both parties.
Once a dispute is submitted, AmaJova’s support team will review the case and may take the following steps:
Request additional evidence or clarification from both parties.
Analyze the transaction details, communication, and service delivery status.
Propose a resolution based on AmaJova’s policies.
After reviewing all information, AmaJova will issue a final decision, which may result in:
A full or partial refund to the buyer.
Payment release to the service provider if the work meets the agreed terms.
A request for modifications or a compromise settlement.
- Both parties are required to comply with AmaJova’s resolution. Continuous disputes or non-compliance may lead to account penalties or restrictions.
Disputes should be raised within the allowed timeframe specified in AmaJova’s policies.
AmaJova reserves the right to make the final decision based on platform rules and provided evidence.
Engaging in fraudulent activities or providing misleading information during a dispute can lead to account suspension.
