If you're having trouble logging into your AmaJova account, follow these steps to resolve common login issues.

Step 1: Check Your Login Credentials

  • Ensure you're entering the correct email address and password.
  • Double-check for typos, incorrect capitalization, or extra spaces.
  • If you forgot your password, click on "Forgot Password" to reset it.

Step 2: Verify Your Internet Connection

  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
  • Try refreshing the page or switching to a different network.

Step 3: Clear Cache & Cookies

  • If the login page is not loading properly, clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
  • Try logging in using Incognito Mode or a different browser.

Step 4: Check for Account Issues

  • If you receive an error message stating your account is disabled, check your email for a notification from AmaJova Support.
  • If your email is not verified, check your inbox (including spam/junk) for the verification link.

Step 5:  Disable Browser Extensions or VPN

  • Some browser extensions or VPNs may interfere with login. Try disabling them and logging in again.

Step 6: Reset Your Password

  • If you can't log in due to a forgotten password, click "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions.
  • If you don’t receive the reset OTP, check your spam folder or request a new one.

Step 7: Contact Support
