If you're having trouble logging into your AmaJova account, follow these steps to resolve common login issues.
Step 1: Check Your Login Credentials
- Ensure you're entering the correct email address and password.
- Double-check for typos, incorrect capitalization, or extra spaces.
- If you forgot your password, click on "Forgot Password" to reset it.
Step 2: Verify Your Internet Connection
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
- Try refreshing the page or switching to a different network.
Step 3: Clear Cache & Cookies
- If the login page is not loading properly, clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Try logging in using Incognito Mode or a different browser.
Step 4: Check for Account Issues
- If you receive an error message stating your account is disabled, check your email for a notification from AmaJova Support.
- If your email is not verified, check your inbox (including spam/junk) for the verification link.
